Your hands are your healing tools. Place your dominant palm on your chakra. place the other palm over it. I feel stress at my heart chakra (chest), I feel stucked at my throat chakra (pit of throat) and I feel fear at my solar plexus chakra.
How are you feeling today? Simply lie down and use your hands to heal. I use the word ’heal’ loosely, for it may be the warmth of your palm that releases the stress. Instead of endless footnotes, I choose to over simplify based loosely on yoga-meditation practices and Ashati guidelines.
